GEK Level III
Here are the complete instructions for fabricating GEK gasifier. Instructions are offered for all GEK versions, with v4.2 being the current version as of summer 2011.
These instructions assume you are already in possession of the needed sheet metal, plumbing and accessory parts. Most people get these as a weld together kit from ALL Power Labs. If you are builidng your GEK from obtainium scrap tanks or you own inhouse cut sheetmetal, see here for the EXTREME DIY fork.
The GEK gasifier system consist of six vessels / components. You will build each of these separately, then bolt them together for the integrated unit. We encourage you to follow the order of instructions as presented, as this will prevent annoying critical path issues at the integration stage.
With that out of the way, let's get started.
